shipment. Due to the nature of our products and classroom use, all sales are
considered final unless the product is experiencing technical difficulties or a
verified defect.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:
The product is experiencing technical difficulties or malfunctioning
A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
The item is returned in its original packaging and box
The product is clean and in good condition
All included accessories and components are returned
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Normal wear and tear
Products returned damaged due to misuse
Products returned without original packaging
